Athletes must have a current year waiver on file. Download at the link below and email to Admin@mightygrind.com before your first session. (Or bring to that session.)
Session Scheduling:
1. Sign up for your training sessions at the Scheduling page (button below) at least 3 hours before the session. (Sessions with fewer than 5 people signed up will be cancelled within 2 hours of the session.)
2. If you can't make it, contact the coach (text is best to +1-517-375-7967) at least 3 hours prior to the session.
3. No shows without a 3 hour notice of cancellation will be charged against your session pack.
4. For Summer Group Trainings, any class cancellations (due to weather/lightning or not enough participants) will be texted to anyone signed up.

Starting April 27th, Coach Jennifer will lead group biking workouts at Island Lake and Kensington parks.
Every other Tuesday, rolling at 6pm SHARP!

Starting June 3rd, join Coach Maria at Spring Mill Pond for open water workouts!
Thursdays, in the water by 6:15pm.

Group run workouts start Mid-May, and are led by Coach Maria or Coach Gary.

There are limited spots in each training! Sign up and reserve your spot!
