A 45-50 minute group workout done over Zoom, from the comfort of your own home!
Workouts are designed for the Endurance Athlete! Three different strength and mobility workouts offered each week.
Summer group training sessions offered April through September, weather dependent, in the Brighton/Howell/South Lyon/Pinckney area.
The sessions are coached group training sessions and the sport and focus will be varied.
The 2022 schedule will be posted by March 15, 2022!
Join a group of athletes with similar goals to train weekly and get some personalized coaching focused on YOUR needs.
INCLUDES:
A 45 minute, in-person physical assessment of your functional ability, including muscular, balance, mobility, & range of motion. If you want to know where you need to focus to improve your performance, this consultation will point the way!
We can even work with you to develop a conditioning program based on your personal results.

Need help with your swim technique, biking or running form, or other skills? Schedule a 45 minute face to face training session and get personalized help!
You can also use these sessions for a 1:1 strength & mobility training session, focused on YOUR body's needs.
